- When and where is CLC 2017?

- Are meals included?
Meals are included based on the ticket option you choose. To find a complete list of the ticket options please visit our CLC ticket page.
- What is the usual attire for the conference and for the banquets?
The dress for the Friday night dinner and reception is business casual or business. The dress for the sessions is business casual. There will be no black tie event.
- I wasn’t able to get in last year. Will I be able to get in to see all of the speakers at CLC 2016?We anticipate that our tickets will sell out again this year. The only way to guarantee a seat is to purchase a ticket of your choosing before they are gone. Once tickets are sold out we will implement a waiting list and those tickets will be released on a first come, first served basis.
- When does registration close?
A ticket will no longer be available one the allotted tickets for that option have sold out. Registration will close once all tickets have been sold.
- Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes. Checks should be made payable to Civitas Institute. You must contact us at (919) 834-2099 to register by check.
- Will my tickets be mailed to me?
No, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. We will have your tickets at the door during the event. Please bring a valid photo ID is required upon entry at the conference.
- What is the refund policy if I registered but can no longer attend?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Civitas Institute. Unless otherwise stated, NO REFUNDS will be issued if an event cancels. This policy is true regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Can I just attend one day?
We are only selling full conference packages at this point. To find a list of our ticket options visit our CLC ticket page.
- How do I know if I’m registered?
If you registered online, you should have received a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you have any additional questions, call (919) 834-2099 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your registration.
- I believe I have been charged too much or too little.
Call (919) 834-2099 or e-mail email@example.com to confirm your registration. Our secure online service usually corrects this quickly with your bank. If it is not corrected after five business days, please call us at (919) 834-2099.
- When will the agenda be posted?
The agenda is generally posted 1-2 weeks before the conference begins. However, it is still subject to change.
